Q: My hosting package is up for renewal and I’m looking for something a bit more reliable – any recommendations?

A: I've used Dreamhost for my own sites for five years now and am happy to continue with them. Reliability is good (not perfect) and they let you know of the problems they know about! Plenty of on-line help and a responsive and sensible help desk. Pricing is low to middle, excellent value for money.

I've used maybe a dozen other isps whilst trouble shooting for clients and haven't yet seen anything that tempts me to change.
