Q: I have many courses recorded on CD that I want to convert to MP3 format for my iPod.
A: If you still have access to a Windows PC then I'm pretty certain that dbPowerAmp Music Convertor will do this for you - I just checked that there is an aiff codec available.
Won't iTunes also do it? let the CD import, then select a bunch of tracks and right-click 'Convert to AAC'. Might not be completely optimised but will be much smaller than the aiff versions.
